WARRANTY INFORMATION

This warranty covers all Bonded Glass parts, it does not cover breakage or damage that may occur due to vandalism, theft, “acts of God,” owner negligence or self-inflicted damage. Should there be any defective glass, we will supply and install all necessary parts free of charge. The sealing of any windshield is guaranteed with the exception of leaking due to the vehicle’s body damage or rust deterioration.

Moving Door Glasses, Vent Glasses, Quarter Glasses, etc. are guaranteed against manufactured defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Electrical and/or mechanical parts are not covered unless these parts are installed new by Preferred Auto Glass.

Sliding Back Glasses are guaranteed against manufactured defects in material for a period of one year.

Preferred Auto Glass offers a lifetime warranty on all rock chip repairs. If you notice the repair is not holding and is starting to crack, please contact us and we will preform a review to determine if a full refund will be issued. This warranty dose not offer windshield replacement and is not transferable. Original invoice must be provided.

In order to exercise your rights under these warranties, you will need your proof of purchase (the original work order or invoice). Our technicians will correct the defective glass or defective workmanship without charge.
